ANNOUNCEMENTS:
2008 Drummer Event John Jay at 40 1974 1969-1971
|
YOUR OPINION NEEDED! Greetings all!... This is an early weigh-in of interest for gathering old drummers from John Jay to pick up the sticks again, and record whatever happens when the party breaks out. The best window for Dan Jeter to help with the drum equipment (and bandhall setting?!) is mid-June to early July. (ROAD TRIP!!) I'll gather the audio and video recording gear for wherever something happens. And I'll help with logistics if there's a road trip to Edinburgh (burg?). If you are: a John Jay Drummer, related to a John Jay Drummer, married to a John Jay Drummer (sorry about that - except Hal, of course), know any John Jay Drum Cadences, are a Drummer of any origin, or in any way are possibly able to forward this to one; let me know what you think. "LET'S DO IT AGAIN!"
| That's what Mr.
Schreiber used to bellow out on his Bullhorn as he stood high atop his
tower on the marching field. And seeing our fellow band alumni
is something we definitely must do again.
